The expansion of the Pie Five Pizza franchise in Greater Baltimore hasn’t slowed since it was announced in 2013 as the fifth location is set to open Sept. 9 in White Marsh.
Jeff Mengel, who used to franchise Five Guys Burger and Fries locations in the Baltimore area, became the local franchisee for Pie Five in 2013 and opened the first location in 2014. So far, he has opened spaces in Columbia, Ellicott City, Glen Burnie and Owings Mills.
